Breast feeding week is celebrated every year from 1st to 7th August to encourage breastfeeding and improve the health of babies around the world. The Home economics department and Health check up committee in collaboration with the inner wheel club successifully organized a comprehensive breast feeding breast feeding program on dated 10/08/2024. The event was designed to promote the importance of breast feeding among new and expectant mothers highlighting the nutritional and emotional benefits. The guest of honor was Dr. N. S. Shirbhate Vice Principal , Vidya Vikas Mahavidyalaya, Samudrapur Dist. Wardha. The Key note speaker Smita Kale presided over the programme and delivered introductory speech on the importance of breast feeding in healthy growth and development of child.Adding a cultural touch to the event , the inner wheel club ladis organized a Rangoli competition , which saw enthusiastic participation from the club members.
